Everything you need to know before booking.
Straight answers on turnaround, weather policy, service area, and how the client gallery actually works. If something isn't covered, email us directly — we answer every message within a few hours on business days.
How long does a shoot take?
Most real estate sessions take 60 to 90 minutes on location. Larger properties,
multi-unit buildings, or sessions that include drone typically run up to 2 hours.
You'll get an exact estimate when you book based on square footage and package.
How fast will I get my photos?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours for photography packages.
Rush delivery (same-day or next-morning) is available
as an add-on (ask before you book), subject to availability.
Do you work on weekends?
Saturday and Sunday sessions are available by request.
Same-day weekend confirmations are usually possible during spring and fall
selling seasons when demand is highest. We highly recommend booking in advance
for weekends to ensure availability.
What is your service area?
Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, and surrounding communities in Southeast New Brunswick are
covered at standard rates. Sessions outside a 25 km radius may include a small travel
fee, which is always shown upfront before booking — never added after.
How should I prepare the property?
The basics: clean surfaces, open blinds, turn on all interior lights, put away personal clutter,
and move vehicles off the driveway.
Can I reschedule if the weather is bad?
Yes, and there's no fee for weather reschedules — especially for drone sessions and
exterior photography. Reschedules for any other reason are free up to 24 hours before
the booked time. We'd rather wait for good conditions than deliver compromised work.
Do you shoot twilight or blue-hour photos?
Twilight photography is available as an add-on and is booked as a separate session
window to catch the right light. It's especially effective for premium listings,
waterfront properties, and luxury rentals where exterior presentation matters most.
How does the client gallery work?
After every shoot, you get a private gallery link with all final photos.
You can download individual files or the entire gallery at once, and share the link
with your team.
What are the payment options available?
When you private gallery is ready, you will receive a private link to access it and a link to pay via email.
You will find a payment link on the gallery page as well. Payment options include credit card and PayPal.
Once the payment is confirmed, you will see the gallery with all final photos in full resolution.
Interac e-transer is also available - send us a note if you prefer this option.
