NORTA Services & pricing
Services & pricing · 2026

Real estate photography, priced by space.

NORTA pricing is built around one simple principle — pay for the work the property actually needs, not for marketing tiers. Four photo packages scale by square footage, drone is available as an add-on or standalone shoot, and a 2D floor plan is included in every package at no extra cost.

02 · Drone coverage

Add aerial coverage — or book drone alone.

Drone works two ways: bundled into any photo package for $100, or as a standalone shoot when you only need aerial coverage of a property. Up to 5 aerial photos in both cases, flown by a Transport Canada licensed operator.

Most popular

Two optional services that can be added to any photo package. Twilight is automatically included in Premium and Luxury packages — only book it separately if you're ordering Essential or Standard.

Add-on · Available with any package

Twilight session

Blue-hour exterior photography timed for the 30-minute window when the sky cools and interior lights warm up. The result is the signature listing shot most premium properties use to lead their marketing. Already included in Premium and Luxury packages.

Editing standards

Standard editing vs Premium editing — clearly explained.

Every NORTA photo gets full professional editing. The difference between Standard and Premium isn't about effort — it's about the additional, time-intensive operations that only make sense for higher-value listings.

Standard editing

Full professional treatment.

Included in Essential & Standard
  • HDR exposure correction across the full image
  • Color grading to NORTA's editorial profile
  • Vertical and horizontal line correction
  • White balance matched across rooms
  • Highlight and shadow recovery
  • Sensor dust and minor blemish cleanup
Premium editing

Everything in Standard, plus the extras.

Included in Premium & Luxury
  • Object removal — clutter, cars, cables (within reason)
  • Sky replacement on overcast days
  • Window pull — manual exposure for every window view
  • Lawn and landscape enhancement
  • Color seasonal adjustment when needed
  • Detailed per-photo retouching pass

2D floor plan included

Every package includes a clean 2D floor plan delivered alongside the photos — no extra fee.

MLS-ready delivery

Photos sized and named for MLS upload right out of the gallery — no resizing required.

Travel within 40km

Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, and surrounding communities at standard rates with no travel fee.

Frequently asked

Pricing & scope questions.

The questions clients usually ask before booking — about money, package boundaries, and what happens if the property doesn't fit neatly into one of the four sizes.

What's the actual difference between Standard and Premium editing?
Standard editing is full professional treatment — HDR correction, color grading, line correction, exposure balancing — the kind of editing every listing photo should have. Premium editing adds time-intensive operations on top: object removal, sky replacement when the weather doesn't cooperate, manual window pulls for clean exterior views, and lawn enhancement. The extras only make sense for higher-value listings where presentation needs to stand out.
Can I order more photos than the package includes?
Yes — additional photos are quoted per session depending on the property and how many extras you need. As a guideline, an additional 10 photos in the same package style usually adds around $50 to $80. The estimate is always confirmed before the shoot, never added after.
How does virtual staging work and what does it cost?
Virtual staging is digital — we take a photo of an empty room and add photorealistic furniture and decor in post-production. It's done per room, and pricing depends on the number of rooms, the furniture style needed, and the level of detail. Quotes usually land between $40 and $80 per staged photo. Email for an exact quote.
What if my property is between two size categories?
Pick the package that covers your size and you're set — there's no in-between pricing. For example, a 1,200 sq ft home falls into Standard (1,000–3,000) and gets the full 40-photo coverage. If a property is right on the edge, we'll usually recommend the larger package so nothing gets cut from the shoot.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
Listed prices are pre-tax. NB HST (15%) applies on top of the package and add-on totals, and is shown clearly on the booking confirmation and final invoice. There are no other fees on top — what you see before tax is what you pay before tax.
Do you offer discounts for recurring bookings?
Recurring booking discounts are available for agents and property managers booking three or more sessions per month. Reach out by email with a rough idea of your monthly volume and we'll work out a rate that makes sense for both sides.
